Amanda Nivens

Mrs. Nivens has been teaching 3rd grade at St. John’s Academy since 2012. She studied Early Childhood Education and Business Management at St. Johns River State College, and has a passion for sharing God’s beauty with her students through the subjects she teaches.

When not in the classroom, Mrs. Nivens enjoys pursuing her artistic endeavors by teaching sewing, and working with her husband, Morgan, building custom designed furniture. They are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Gabe and Chloe. One a recent graduate of the academy and one which still attends.

Her favorite verse is found in Deuteronomy 6:5, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.”
